CSV Diff — Compare Two CSV Files
Compares two CSV files by matching rows on a key column (the first column by default) rather than by row position, so an inserted, deleted, or reordered row is reported correctly instead of shifting every row below it out of alignment. Reports exactly which cells changed, old value to new.
